Plinth & Scratch blog post 2

Sorry for the dust bowl silence between launch and the second blog post. It's been hard trying to manage a full time gig and trying to create something I feel that's missing in the market currently. 

Good news though Plinth & Scratch logo pins are i̶n̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶d̶u̶c̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶c̶o̶m̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶n̶ ̶2̶-̶3̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶w̶e̶e̶k̶s̶ now actually available on the website. (Got delayed on this post too :/)

But let's get down to what Plinth & Scratch is really about as promised in the first blog post...deep breath...exhale....

Plinth & Scratch is the amalgamation of all my experience in the fashion industry and music (on the listening, standing, seated, dancing, jamming out at the 9-5 and collecting records level.) All of that set the foundation for what drives me forward in an industry that eats away at trends like a culture vultures feast...on a hot and dry summer day. 

I choose music as the inspiration behind this brand because it's something I feel... I have to be honest with. I mean you can't deny when your feet are tapping and you your head is bobbing. It was instinct almost to create from something that I can't help but move to. But then you ask why bandanas to start? Well that might have to wait till the next time.
